Art on the Lawn 2016 is seeking musicians and other performing artists to perform at the
second Art on the Lawn juried fine arts and fine crafts show in September. This is a two day family friendly event which will showcase the work of fine artists and fine craftspersons from the Ottawa Valley. The performing venue will be inside St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 80 Glendale Avenue, Deep River, Ontario. The church has a sound system already in place. We do not have funds to pay you directly for your performance, however, if selected you will be encouraged to “pass the hat” to the audience for donations to support your work. Each performer or group will have 50 minutes to perform, with ten minutes in between acts. If you are selected, we will meet with you in advance to make sure the venue will work both for you and for our audience at the show. The show is open from 12 noon-7:00 p.m. Friday September 9, 2016, and from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday September 10, 2016. We will need to fill 6 slots on Friday and 8 slots on Saturday.
